Affiliate terms
- You earn 15% of what a referred customer pays for Winmap (excluding taxes) for 12 months from their first payment. Refunded, disputed or failed payments don’t earn commission.
- A customer counts as yours when they create their Winmap account within 60 days of clicking your link, in the same browser. If they click more than one affiliate’s link, the most recent one counts.
- Each commission is held for 30 days in case of refunds. After that it’s ready for payout. We pay by PayPal early each month once your ready balance reaches $25.00; smaller balances roll over.
- You can’t earn commission on your own account or accounts you control, and you can’t offer cash back or rebates from your commission.
- Promote Winmap honestly. No spam, no misleading claims, and no paid search ads that bid on “Winmap” or put Winmap in the ad’s domain.
- You’re responsible for any taxes on your earnings. We may ask for tax details (such as a W-9 or W-8BEN) before paying.
- We may withhold commission earned through fraud or a breach of these terms, and close affiliate accounts that break them. We may change or end the program with 30 days’ notice; commissions already earned will still be paid.
